Spotify-HYBE Partnership strategy
This is a project that I created myself. This partnership program would exclusively be between HYBE and HYBE and Spotify as a beta test. There will be an added feature for trainees/upcoming artists to be able to create and edit their own music which will be automatically shared with the company. The company will also be able to generate playlists and modify playlists for trainees so they're introduced to new music genres every day with Spotify's Daylist/Daily Mixes. This is added feature is to help out upcoming artists that need training using Spotify's platform. This is so Spotify is not solely a streaming platform but a platform where artist can start editing/saving their unreleased music.
Stussy Global Marketing Strategy
This school project's objective was to create a marketing strategy to localize some of Stussy's international markets. I primarily focused on Japan, South Korea, and Mexico's markets. I touched on points about improving their digital marketing, and direct-to-customers opportunities, and suggested Stussy should market it with some celebrities/influencers in each of those countries to increase brand awareness.
